Returns and Exchanges

Per our terms and conditions, all refunds and order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering. We will always cancel your order during that time, however, there will be a 20% order dee in the event we have already started on your order. We appreciate you for understanding.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

Please Note: Whipped body butters and soap scrubs stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. 

If your product does melt or soften, despite the efforts we have made to prevent it, do not worry. Please simply leave your product at room temperature for 4-5 hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it will go back to solid form. Because it is no longer whipped at this point, it may look as if the container is not full. Once it is solidified, you may use a hand mixer with a whisk to return the product to its whipped fullness. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

We do not accept returns from hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
